Duathlon
2 mile run, 9.3 mile bike, 2 mile run.
Duathlon Relay
2 or 3 person run-bike-run. Male, Female, Mixed. All three entry forms must be submitted together. No exceptions.
5K Run
Runners and walkers only - Not part of the duathlon.
The 5k Run starts with the duathlon, but goes past the duathlon turn to a point further north on E Lawther.
Important Duathlon Information
HELMETS must be worn with chin straps fastened when on bike!!!
PHOTO ID and USAT Card of all participants of duathlon or relay, must be shown before packet will be issued.
